These Terms govern the use of Escalide Sistemas by the subscribing organization and its authorized users. By signing in, you state that you have read this document and the current Privacy Policy.

Using the software, the APIs and the modules (including Store, Medical, Events, Help Desk, Assets and Finance) means accepting these Terms in the version published at this URL.

Credentials are personal and non-transferable. Users must keep two-step verification on when the organization requires it, protect their devices and end sessions on shared computers. The organization is responsible for granting, reviewing and revoking access.

  • Do not try to bypass authentication, logs or permission controls.
  • Do not enter unlawful or malicious content, or content that violates third-party rights.
  • Do not use the platform for purposes not authorized in the organization's contract.

The organization may connect its WhatsApp Business account to the platform through Meta's Embedded Signup. By doing so it agrees to:

  • comply with the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service, the WhatsApp Business Policy and the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy from Meta;
  • message only people who gave consent (opt-in) and immediately honor anyone who replies STOP;
  • use Meta-approved message templates outside the 24-hour window and not send prohibited, misleading or unsolicited content;
  • be responsible for all content and recipients of messages sent in its name.

Escalide Sistemas is a technology provider: it does not send messages on its own and may suspend a connection that violates these rules or Meta's. The organization may disconnect WhatsApp at any time. Details in WhatsApp messaging.

Operational, tax, clinical or asset information entered in the modules belongs to the subscribing organization. Escalide Sistemas handles it as a processor, within the limits of the contract and the Privacy Policy.

We aim for continuous operation, with scheduled maintenance announced in advance whenever possible. Emergency windows may occur to contain security incidents. Third-party services, such as the WhatsApp API, may be unavailable for reasons outside our control.

The platform is a management tool. Tax, clinical, financial or operational decisions belong to the using organization. We are not liable for misuse of credentials kept by the user.

The current version is the one identified at the top of this page. Material changes will be published at this URL with a new update date. Continued use after publication means acceptance of the current version.

Unless the organization's contract says otherwise, Brazilian law applies, with venue in the courts of the contracting party's headquarters.
